Eudora has become one of the leading e-mail programs among Internet users. It allows you to take control of your e-mail before it takes control of you. Eudora 5.0 is more than a way to send and receive messages - it's a powerful management tool for your e-mail and it's free!

We recommend you use Eudora for your e-mail system. If you don't have a Eudora you can download it from www.Eudora.com.

Below are the 2 server names that you will need, please write them down.

SMTP Server: smtp.labridge.com
POP Server: pop.labridge.com

Configuration of Eudora is very simple. First you will need to launch Eudora and open the Settings window. You can find this by going to Special > Settings.

1	Getting Started Now that you have the settings click on Getting Started. Enter your L A Bridge username in the Username field and pop.labridge.com in the Mail Server field. Now enter your name in the Real Name field and smtp.labridge.com in the SMTP Server field. In the Return Address field enter your L A Bridge e-mail address. See example image below.
2	Checking Mail In order to check your mail you need to add some information to the Check Mail settings. Your Username and Mail Server is carried over from the Getting Started panel. All other settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
3	Sending Mail Most of the Sending Mail settings are carried over from the Getting Started panel. For the Default Domain you can enter labridge.com. All other settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
4	Composing Mail All of the Composing Mail settings are carried over from the Getting Started panel. Once you set up Signatures and Stationary you can return to this panel to make them default for all your e-mail's. All other settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
	These are all the settings you need to begin using Eudora 5.x for the Macintosh. All other settings below are for general customization of Eudora.
5	Spell Checking All Spell Checking settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
6	Attachments All Attachment settings on this panel can be customized for your needs, but we recommend the settings shown below. See example image below.
7	Replying All Replying settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
8	Fonts & Display All Fonts & Display settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
9	Mailbox Display All Mailbox Display settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
10	Date Display All Date Display settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
11	Eudora Labels All Eudora Labels settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
12	Styled Text All Styled Text settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
13	Moving Around All Moving Around settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.

16	Host Most Host settings are carried over from the Getting Started panel. If you wish to use the Ph/LDAP Server and Finger Server then you can enter labridge.com in both of those fields. See example image below.
17	Extra Warnings All Extra Warnings settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
18	Mood Watch All Mood Watch settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
19	Internet Dialup All Internet Dialup settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
20	Miscellaneous All Miscellaneous settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
21	Personalities The Dominant Personality settings are carried over from the Getting Started panel. If you have multiple e-mail addresses that you wish to use in Eudora then this is where you set them up. To add another e-mail address click New and give it a name. Then enter the username and mail server settings for the new e-mail address. See example image below.
22	Personality Extras The Dominant Personality settings are carried over from the Getting Started panel. If you added an additional e-mail address in the Personalities panel then you can customize settings in this panel. See example image below.
24	Auto Configure We currently do not offer an Auto Configure sever.
25	Statistics All Statistic settings on this panel can be customized for your needs. See example image below.
