Frequently Asked Questions:
Web Hosting, e-mail, iPass (roaming), News Groups, DSL and more

Server Names, Numbers:
IP Addresses and server names for common services.

Speed Test:
Test your connection using the Linkline speed test. This will give you a more accurate reading of your true DSL circuit because their servers are physically located in Southern California. Speedtests done across the country add Internet latency and may give you abnormally slow readings.

iPass Software, Support & Access Phone Numbers:
All dial-up customers are automatically eligible for "roaming" service. Just e-mail us before you travel so that we can activate your account. In addition to the Macintosh and Windows software we have made some new wizards available for customers who use Windows NT on their laptops. Please e-mail us with a description of your operating system and we can point you to the correct download.
